Warning: Forum Software Overhaul Today Options

I'm going to overhaul the forum software today. I did a software and database backup today, and will be making another one this afternoon once I finish up everything else that I have to do today, at which point the new software will be moved into place.

This means that any posts made at that time may or may not be carried over. This depends on whether or not problems are encountered and I have to put the old software/database back up. This will hopefully not be an issue since I did a little bit of clean-up (read: the Trash Can) so the database is significantly smaller.

There will be a time block of at least a few hours before I sit down and do this, but it will be done tonight. I will post here again when I'm beginning.

Update: I'm trying to get the host to fix a problem on their end. Everything is working fine otherwise (I have a test forum up). Until they fix this, the forum update will be delayed.

Update #2: Host issue resolved, just doing some testing, personal modifications, and so on.

The forum overhaul has been completed successfully. Please post here concerning any bugs or other concerns.

I am aware that there are significant incompatabilities with the current skins. I am working to add new ones or update the old ones.

Netnuke Banner is gone, Default is there now. Overall I like the new version.

I will replace that quickly (I hope). Right now I'm doing recount/rebuild and trying to eat dinner at the same time. New skins will be available once I hunt them down... in the mean time, I forced everyone back to IPB Default.

Well, I suppose that we will have to work on that. I'm putting up 5 new skins now. I'll put up a news post when it's done.
